At least one owner of each home in Cobble Beach must subscribe to and maintain a Mandatory Resident Membership for the period of such ownership. This Membership will, at minimum, obligate the owner to participate, maintain, and pay the requisite Membership fees and dues on an annual basis. The Resident Social Membership will entitle the residence or lot owner plus their immediate family (defined as a spouse and/or unmarried children and/or grandchildren under the age of 25 attending school full-time or in the active duty military (as opposed to being a member of the Reserves)), to use of the following social facilities of the Club, subject to other use-related charges that may apply.

• One free golf lesson per annum (one hour in duration)
• Clubhouse dining and social activities available from time to time at the discretion of the Club (subject to usage charges)
• Preferred rates for overnight stays at the luxurious Inn at Cobble Beach for family members and guests (subject to availability)
• Preferred access to the spa and discounts available on retail spa products
• Fitness facilities (no additional charges)
• Access to the Club's walking and non-motorized trails for Summer and Winter use
• Access to the Clubhouse including dining and bar facilities, locker rooms and other amenities
• Access to the residents' private beach
• Access to the Club's aquatic centre, once constructed (nominal charges may apply)
• Access to the Club's tennis courts and facilities once constructed (nominal charges may apply)
• Participation in organized outings to local theatrical, cultural and culinary attractions (nominal charges may apply)
• Access to the Club's bus transportation on a limited basis for trips to Owen Sound, local airports or marina (nominal charges may apply)

Use of the above facilities by any Members will be in accordance with the Rules set forth by the Corporation and may be amended by the Corporation from time to time at its sole and absolute discretion.

Resident Social Members are permitted to play up to three rounds of golf per annum, per household, with a maximum of three guests per round (subject to availability based on the Golf Member Only Tee Time Restrictions). Resident Social Members are required to pay the applicable peak guest green fee rate at the time of play, while guests of Resident Social Members must pay the Club's peak public green fee rate at the time of play. Advance booking for Resident Social Members is a maximum of seven days in advance of play.

Reciprocal playing privileges at other private clubs will be established from time to time.
